On the rocks: The list keeps growing for the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit’s 2017 Rookie Class. Russian looker Vita Sidorkina is the latest bombshell to be named. On Wednesday her inclusion was announced
The 22-year-old wore a pale pink crocheted bikini and several yellow gold bracelets. The bombshell’s blonde locks were done up in Khloe Kardashian-style braids.
A native of Khabarovsk, Russia, Vita got her start in modeling at age 13 and moved to New York City in 2011 at age 17. Over the past five years, the blue-eyed beauty has rocked the runway for Victoria’s Secret and steamed up magazine ads for Lilly Pulitzer, BCBG and Rebecca Minkoff.
As a self-proclaimed traveler, Vita enjoys flying around the world for shoots and learning about different cultures. At one point this swimsuit goddess dreamt of being a stewardess so she could see the world outside of her hometown. Recently, Vita has been learning Italian—10 new words everyday—because of her Italian fiancé.
Mayla wore blue bikini bottoms as she lay tummy down on a beach. It appeared as if she was topless, but there was a string along her back indicating she may have had a nude-colored bikini top on.
Myla was raised in Racine, Wisconsin.
Her modeling career began after she won Miss Teen Wisconsin at age 16. With her appreciation for the human form, Myla doesn’t just enjoy being in front of a camera, she also likes to be behind the camera, as seen in her self-photographed spread for the first non-nude issue of Playboy.
Another stunner: Lais Ribeiro was also named. Laisa had on a reddish brown string bikini as she leaded against a rock. Behind her were an array of waterfalls

There used to be a time when it was all about voluptuous curves, or a tiny waist, or super long legs. While all of that is still desirable, the focus has shifted. These days it’s all about that booty. Everyone wants to have a great, big, toned, round butt. It’s gotten to the point where you now can buy not only push up bras, but also push up jeans, special padded pants and booty pads — all designed to enhance your beautiful behind and make it look bootylicious.
While all those products are viable options you can use to fake it till you make it, today we’re going to focus on what you can do, in terms of exercising, to make your real god-given butt look J.Lo-worthy.
1. Leg Lifts
Get on all fours and then drop onto your elbows. Now all you’ve got to do is keep your leg bent at the knee and lift them up. Do about 10 leg lifts on one side and then switch. For a better result do three sets for each leg.
You’ve got to learn to love squats – they’re not easy, but they’re really worth it. The trick here is to have proper form. It’s important not to lean forward too much and keep your weight on your heels. Your feet should be shoulder width apart, or slightly wider, hold your back straight, your core — tight. When you do squats make sure your knee doesn’t go over your toes.
3. Squat hold
It’s exactly what it sounds like. Do a squat and just hold the position for as long as you can. Aim for about 30 seconds, but if you can do more — that’s even better. An easier variation of this is a wall sit. To do that just stand with your back against a wall and pretend like you’re sitting on an invisible chair.
4. Bride (or hip thrusts)
This is a great exercise that tones not only your booty, but also works your back and thighs. Lay down on your back, bend your knees and now lift your booty. Keep lifting it up and down, basically pulse for about 30 seconds and then hold the bridge position for another 20. While you’re doing this, really squeeze your butt, you will really feel the burn this way. If you want to challenge yourself even more, try straightening out one leg as you pulse up and down.
The good old lunges will do magic to your behind if you’re consistent. Do front lunges, back lunges, side lunges. Try to do about 15 to 30 on each side. Break them up into sets to make it easier. If you’re ready for more of a challenge try doing walking lunges. It might look ridiculous but hey, we’ll do whatever it takes to get that J.Lo curves.
6. Mountain Climbers
This is a great exercise for your whole body. It’ll get your heart pumping and make you sweat like crazy if you do it right. If you can’t do the quick mountain climbers, you can do the slower, easier version where you alternate lifting your leg to your chest. It’s not as tiring, but it still works out the same muscles.
This fun named exercise works all of your back. It looks easy, but it’s actually really hard to do. Lay down on your front, keep your legs apart, arms out but bent. Now squeeze up and hold for about 5 seconds and then relax. Repeat 3 to 5 times. 8. Kickbacks
These are a lot like leg lifts, except instead of being on your elbows and knees, you stay on your hands and knees. And just kick your leg back and up. These might seem quite easy at first. But once you do 3 sets of 15 on each leg, you’ll feel the results.
When it comes to makeup few of us are just naturally talented. It’s something that usually requires a lot of trial and error, or at least some tips and pointers from those who’re most experienced. But even then, different things work for different women, so just because your grandma chooses to wear pink lipstick with blue eyeshadow, doesn’t mean it’ll work wonders for your complexion. Perfectly done makeup can do wonders for people, but it’s also important to remember that makeup can also just be something that’s fun and creative and a way to express yourself. However, if what you’re going for is a natural look and just want to use makeup to enhance what you’re already naturally gifted with by nature, there are some general rules you might want to follow. And that’s exactly what we’re going to talk about today.
Foundations can be tricky for everyone and finding a perfect shade might take a lot of time and a lot of tries, however, if there’s one thing you can do for yourself it’s pick a foundation with a warm undertone. It suits darker skintones better and you’ll look like a beautiful glowing goddess and that’s exactly what we’re going for. If you want to set your foundation with powder, make sure the powder matches your skintone. You might think using translucent powder is the easiest option, but it can often leave a white sheen on your face and make you look a bit ashy.
Bronzer is your best friend. Seriously, a little bronzer can do wonders to your complexion, making you look glorious and sun-kissed, as if you just came back from a vacation. However, it’s also important not to overdo it, do not use it all over your face, just in places the sun would naturally hit your face. The idea is to add a little bit of shadow and definition to your face, not make your whole face look 5 shades darker and more tanned than the rest of you. 3. Blush
Blush is a controversial thing for Latina women. Many tend to avoid using it all together, since it’s easy to go overboard. Some just opt for bronzer instead, and there’s nothing wrong with that. However, a little bit of blush can help define your cheekbones and add a little freshness and glow to your face. Just make sure to use warm tones. If you have darker skin try going to deep reds and if you have a lighter complexion peachy and pink tones might suit you better
In the end, makeup is there for you to use however you want. You can use it to highlight your features, hide little imperfections or use your face like a canvas and express yourself through bright colors. It’s easy to get confused and overwhelmed with makeup so just remember that rules are meant to be broken, so you do you, girl!
You can literally do anything you want when it comes to eyeshadow. It’s the part of your makeup that you can experiment the most with. Go for bright warm colors if you wish, no one is stopping you. If you want a more natural look, opt for tan and beige colors, they will define your eyes beautifully without making too much of a statement. Green shades also look great with brown eyes and tend to bring out hazel eyes. Purple and mauve tones will also make brown eyes pop.
Bright red lipsticks always look great on Latina women, but make sure you choose red lipsticks with a warm undertone. Orange reds will also look amazing on you. When going for a more natural look, instead of going pink, opt for dark reds and brown shades, they tend to look more natural for those with darker skin tones.
Think it’s hard to look like Madonna or Kim Kardashian? Well, you are right to think that they use a considerable amount of various beauty procedures that keep their skin radiant and their hair shiny. Yet it is also true that celebs have been in the beauty industry for quite some time now and know a trick or two that help them maintain their beauty. If you want to glam up a little bit and freshen up your look, there are simple, yet effective ways to do that at home without spending hours at a spa (although, we must agree that those procedures will make any lady look and feel exceptional). Here are a few trendy looks that will turn you into a real superstar.
Internet makeup gurus are to blame for this wonderful new trend. Celebs came up with an elegant way to accentuate your eyes with a clean line where your brow bone and eyelid meet. It’s sharper near the eye and gets really dramatic-looking with a smokey effect as it fades on the edges. It’s a great look to rock at a party and it suits everyone without any exceptions! You just need to figure out the color that works best for you. Natural colors will create a more subtle look, whereas glitter is perfect for holiday occasions.
Messy is no longer ‘lazy’ so if you want to show everyone that you are a free spirit and like to have fun then this hairstyle is the best for you. We’ve already seen this trend in 2015, but messy buns made a huge comeback looking classier than ever. All celebs have rocked this look at least once! Create a carefree bun with a few strands of hair framing your face and add a glittery bow to make the bun look even more festive. You can add twists, braids and all kinds of fun things to make this hairstyle look more interesting.
There’s so much you can do with your hair while maintaining the natural look! You can just clean and brush your hair and let it fall in natural waves while framing your face beautifully, or you can enjoy some playful faux locks – the possibilities are endless! French braids are cool for women with straight hair – it really emphasizes their bone structure. Twists can make your textured hair look different and create an unusual look. Experiment and see what you love the most!
It may be hard to believe, but faux freckles are a thing now. A new trend has emerged this winter and it doesn’t seem that it’s going to go away anytime soon! Hundreds of girls and women all over the world use their eyeliners to create fake freckles and bring their cuteness to a whole new level. That’s right, freckles are cute and no one should be embarrassed about them any longer – the more, the better! Try this new look and see how people react.
The Heels Are Back!
Well it’s not like they’ve gone anywhere really, but as with all trends some shoes tend to be more popular than others. During recent years, girls have started wearing more flat sandals and sneakers, but plain old heels will still help you rock the party like no other accessory. A pair of black heels will accentuate your legs and make them seem longer, while a pair of crazy glittery pumps will draw all the attention in the room to you and your look. It’s a win-win!
Plump lips have always looked gorgeous, but with celebrities like Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner they’ve become a trend that has made millions of girls mimic the same effect. Whether you have thin lips or naturally plump ones, you can still try and make them look at least a little bit fuller. The effect will be unbelievable! All you need is matte liquid lipstick and your favorite lip liner. Outline your lips a little bit outside their natural line to make your lips seem fuller and cover your lips with the liner to create the perfect base for your lipstick. Fill in the lips with liquid lipstick and wait a bit for it to dry. Voila!
It’s great to have natural-looking eyebrows now more than ever. Even fashion models have stopped plucking their eyebrows like there’s no tomorrow – it’s all about looking au natural now! You can actually thicken up your eyebrows a little bit to give them some volume and make them look more defined. Use a dark eye shadow that matches your hair color and a thick angled brush to do the magic. It’s a simple trick that will make you look truly gorgeous!
White Instead of Black
We all like to try new unusual things – sometimes they work, sometimes they don’t, yet other times they look just marvelous! This year’s new wicked trend is the white eyeliner. If you think that the black one creates a pretty dramatic effect, wait till you try this one! Most women are afraid to change their eye liner color and use mostly black and brown, but there’s so much you can do with multi-colored eye liners. White will make you look dreamy and fairy-like. It’s all about trying new things!
Sleek and Classy
One thing we’ve learned from celebs this year is that you should own what Mother Nature has given you. All those curves are there for a reason and you just need to find the right garment to accentuate all the right twists and turns of your body. Most women don’t have the confidence to wear dresses like Kim K, but it doesn’t mean they can’t look the part! It’s all about appreciating what you have and the freedom of expression. Don’t be afraid to try some bolder dress designs that hug you in all the right places or leave you with bear shoulders. It’s not about sexing up your look for somebody else, it’s about owning your own body in a way you’ve never done before.
Fit Is Trendy
It’s not a new trend and hasn’t been for a while now, but you should definitely give it a try if you haven’t yet. Many women complain that year 2016 has been hard on them both emotionally and physically. What better way to start the new year than focusing on your health and well-being? It doesn’t have to be big, don’t make pompous promises that you won’t be able to keep, just start with small things like getting to bed a little bit earlier, maybe walking more and hitting a gym at least once a week. It’s all about baby steps!
